Field distribution in arbitrarily shaped (3D) radio frequency (RF) cavities excited by a coaxial or a rectangular waveguide or a circular waveguide can be calculated by our CAE software SINGULA . The scattering matrix parameters, the resonance frequency and the bandwidth of the cavity can be estimated accurately. Effect on the resonance frequency and the bandwidth due to the presence of the dielectric materials in the cavity can be calculated.
