INTEGRATED Engineering Software joins the MathWorks Connection Program
Winnipeg, November 12th 2013 - INTEGRATED Engineering Software is proud to announce that the company is now a member of the MathWorks Connection Program. This partnership is based on INTEGRATED’s API, which allows engineers and scientists to create their own applications using MATLAB® as the design environment.
Thanks to this partnership, users can control the advanced simulating capacity of INTEGRATED’s electromagnetic, particle trajectory and thermal field solvers using MATLAB®. Users’ MATLAB code files can include function calls to the INTEGRATED API to build geometry, assign physical parameters, solve, and obtain results.
The MathWorks Connection Program is available to third-party organizations that develop and distribute complementary, commercially available products and services based on MATLAB and Simulink®. These partner offerings address technical needs across a wide range of applications and industries worldwide with software and hardware products that extend the usage of MATLAB and Simulink. These solutions seamlessly integrate with MathWorks products and ensure ongoing compatibility in conjunction with new MathWorks releases. Customers are also offered training, consulting and system integration services based on MathWorks tools.
Bruce Klimpke, INTEGRATED’s Technical Director, comments: “The integration between our software and MATLAB marks a milestone for our company. Thanks to this link, users or developers can call our electromagnetic, thermal or particle trajectory functions right from the MATLAB environment where the designer is working. Now, both software programs work together combining the industry’s leading technical computing software and the most powerful CAE tools. We look forward to the many opportunities this partnership will bring.”
