Corona Ring

Simulations using INTEGRATED's electromagnetic software permit determination of electric field stresses around corona rings. These are found in the vicinity of a terminal of a high voltage device.

The software analyzes the distribution of the electric field gradient in order to prevent the effect known as corona discharge.

Most often corona rings are rotationally symmetric so ELECTRO fits the design's analysis needs.
